Kevin and Steven will amaze you with their own original blend of spectacular piano gymnastics and cheeky songs - all bound together with their unpredicatable comic banter. You'll never have seen a a piano played like this before! Katzenjammer have been compared and likened to Victor Borge, Flanders and Swann, Rostal & Schaefer and Hinge & Bracket. However, with their unique blend of pianistic virtuosity, innate comic timing and natural rapport, they are recognised as a purely original act. To date, Kevin Farrell and Steven Worbey have performed to great critical acclaim at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, the Royal Festival Hall, London, the Grand Theatre Blackpool, the Kings Theatre, Edinburgh, and have also played to sell-out audiences at the Chichester Festivities, the Edinburgh Festival, the Corsham Festival, the Devizes Festival, and the Buxton Festival, and appear regularly on radio, notably appearing on many of the BBC Radio stations throughout the UK, including BBC London, BBC Solent, BBC Bristol, BBC Lancashire, and BBC Scotland. Their current schedule includes appearances at the Guildhall Theatre, Derby, the Buxton Opera House, and the Courtyard Theatre, Hereford, as well as return visits to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, The Spa, Scarborough, and the Newark Palace Theatre.
